Claire Russell Burns is a yoga teacher and certified Restore Your Core teacher (RYC™) with a passion for helping ladies who are experiencing core and pelvic floor issues. She supports women from postnatal all the way through to post menopause. She runs a regular mum and baby core restore and pelvic floor class, a yoga and movement class open to any ladies experiencing core issues and also runs regular Restore Your Core courses.
