Breath by Breath offers Mindfulness courses for both stress and for health. These courses help teach you how to enhance the quality of your life by changing the relationship with how you manage challenges that are thrown at you throughout life.
Aedin Finn is a senior physiotherapist who has worked in the NHS for over 11 years. Over the years she has developed a special interest in the management of Chronic Pain, running courses both in the NHS and privately. Her interest in meditation began over 16 years ago, in a desire to share the benefits of mindfulness she trained as a Breathworks Mindfulness teacher. Aedin is passionate about teaching mindfulness to people suffering from stress and illness. She has a daily meditation practice, supervision and attends meditation retreats.
